I’m Arzoo. For years, I wore 'busy' like a badge of honour until I hit a breaking point during my second pregnancy. That unravelling taught me a profound truth: real power comes from embracing our struggles, not hiding them. My work is about giving women permission to be human again—to pause, feel, and grow without sacrificing ambition. When I’m not writing, I’m living this messy, beautiful journey in Gurgaon with my husband and our two little ones.
