We saw ambition burning people out.

The problem was not ambition. The problem was the pressure to do everything, prove everything and become everything at once. WENAO was built as a space for sustainable growth, authentic leadership and healthier work cultures.

Where we are headed.

I am Arzoo. For years, I treated busy as proof that I was doing enough. During my second pregnancy, that pace finally broke open something honest: power is not pretending to be unshaken. It is allowing struggle to have language.

WENAO exists to give women permission to be human again — to pause, feel, grow, lead and still keep their ambition intact.
